ORDERING INFORMATION
On Line: You can place your order on line via our secure shopping basket system, via PayPal.
By Phone: To place your order phone 01879 220590 during Office Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and have your credit card details to hand or alternatively you can pay by cheque.
Call In: No postage, instant delivery and a friendly chat!! We are open Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Ordering 'Made to Measure' Garments:
'Off the peg' garments can be purchased direct from the website.
'Made to measure' garments can be purchased by downloading the PDF Order Form, then:
a) Send a cheque with the Order Form.
b) If wanting to pay by card, send the Order Form without payment and we will contact you. You can then use our secure online service or alternatively give your card details over the phone.

Delivery: It is our aim to process all orders usually within 7 working days of receipt of your order and payment (Mon-Fri). If there is likely to be a delay you will be notified via email. In the case of a cheque payment please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
For Made to Measure garments, please leave 14 to 21 days for delivery. We will give you an estimated delivery date by email or phone when you place your order.
Postage: Postage & Packing is FREE regardless of order size and is based on UK and Northern Ireland orders only. For overseas orders please contact us for delivery and postal charges.
Guarantee & Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you may return the goods within 7 days for a full refund, less postage. (Please email for instructions first). Goods must be returned as new and unused. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and you are advised, for your own protection, to obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office.
Privacy Policy: The information collected about you is used purely to improve the service and overall experience of this site and is never passed on to Third Parties for any reason under any circumstances.
